Benjamin Treuting is a personal injury and car accident attorney at Palmintier, Thrower, and Treuting. A native of Marksville, Louisiana, and graduated from Holy Savior Menard Central High School in Alexandria in 2007 before earning his Bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate and Diploma in Comparative Law from the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center and was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 2015.
Benjamin is deeply committed to client advocacy and prides himself on being responsive to all of his clients. While in practice, he has zealously advanced the interests of his many clients across the great state of Louisiana. He has been admitted to practice before all Louisiana State Courts, including the Louisiana Supreme Court, as well as all federal United District Courts with in the state of Louisiana, and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
He has been an active member of the Baton Rouge Bar Association, Louisiana State Bar Association, Louisiana Association for Justice, and Dean Henry George McMahon Inn of Court. Benjamin has contributed to the Baton Rouge Bar Association in several leadership roles, including services as the Appellate Section Chair and Director Ad Hoc. He has also volunteered on the committee for the annual Belly Up with the Bar event, supporting the Baron Rouge Bar Foundation’s Youth Education Programs.
Outside of his legal practice, Benjamin enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three beautiful children, cheering on the LSU Tigers, and the occasional round of golf.
