Benjamin Treuting is an associate attorney at The Palmintier Law Group. He was raised in Marksville, Louisiana, and graduated from Holy Savior Menard Central High School in Alexandria, Louisiana in 2007. Prior to attending law school, he received his Bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University. Benjamin earned his Juris Doctorate and Diploma in Comparative Law from the Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center and was admitted to the Louisiana Bar, in 2015.

Benjamin remains passionate about advocacy and prides himself in being responsive to all of his clients. While in practice, he has zealously worked for the clients of The Palmintier Law Group, and diligently advance their interests. He is an active member of the Baton Rouge Bar Association, Louisiana Bar Association, Louisiana Association for Justice, and the Dean Henry George McMahon Inn of Court. Benjamin is admitted to practice before all Louisiana State Courts, including the Louisiana Supreme Court, as well as all United States Federal District Courts in the state of Louisiana.

Benjamin has served on the committee for the annual Baton Rouge Bar Association Belly Up with the Bar event, a charity event that provides benefits to the Baton Rouge Bar Foundation’s Youth Education Program. In his leisure time, he most enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three beautiful children, cheering on the LSU Tigers, and the occasional round of golf.
